More Incompetence from Best Buy

Having witnessed firsthand the incompetence of Best Buy’s tech support service last summer when my girlfriend went several rounds with them over a missing hard drive I’m not at all surprised to hear about a $54 million lawsuit filed against them in an attempt to change what appears to be systemic problems with customer service and privacy protection.
